Coach John Dudley Athletic Scholarship, Specialist Edward J. "Doc" Acosta Scholarship, & The Community Foundation Scholarship

Major: Marine Biology

Q. What does receiving a scholarship mean to you?
A. It means that I have done well in the past in order to receive recognition. I have many supporters that support  me and my educational future.

Q. How is attending VVC changing your life?
A. I have only attended a few classes as a concurrent student but it has shown me that people can be very focused, driven, and care about their education.

Q. What are your goals and dreams? And how is VVC helping you reach those goals?
A. My goals are to go to a university and major in Marine Biology. VVC has helped me by making college cheap and easy.

Q. Why should someone give a scholarship to VVC?
A. Giving a scholarship to someone attending VVC doesn't just help the student but helps the community. You are giving to people that hopefully one day will give back to you and your community.

Q. Why should a student choose to attend VVC?
A. Attending VVC is a lot cheaper and easier than attending a university. You also get to participate in a lot of events within your hometown community.
